Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bobplatform, operated by A77 Inc. ("A77," "we," "us," or "our"), a corporation incorporated in Ontario, Canada. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or guardian consent to use this service.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

3. Content Ownership and Warranties

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the platform for analysis ("User Content"). By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit the content for analysis
• Your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Your content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A77 Inc. from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of these warranties.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You own your inputs. Perception intelligence reports generated from your content are licensed to you for your use.

Our Platform: A77 Inc. owns and retains all rights to the platform, the analytical framework, Sector Profiles, system prompts, scoring methodology, dimensional analysis models, and all other proprietary technology and intellectual property. These are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, modified, or reverse-engineered.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our analytical framework, prompts, or methodologies through any means, including systematic querying or output analysis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Bypass, circumvent, or manipulate usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform beyond authorized API usage
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to extract or reconstruct our proprietary analytical framework
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute reports without authorization
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform

6. Service Disclaimer

Bobprovides predictive perception intelligence based on computational analysis. Reports represent probabilistic assessments, not guarantees. A77 Inc. is not liable for business decisions made based on platform outputs. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

8. Advisory Services

Session Booking: Advisory sessions are booked through the platform and confirmed via email. Sessions are subject to consultant availability.

Cancellation:Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Scoped Engagements (SOW): Scoped engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work. SOW terms supplement these Terms of Service.

On-Call Advisory: On-call advisory is billed at a 30-minute minimum, rounded up to the nearest 30-minute increment. On-call availability is subject to advisor schedules and tier eligibility.

Confidentiality: All advisory interactions are confidential. A77 will not disclose the content of advisory sessions to third parties without your express consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A77 Inc.'s total liability arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. In no event shall A77 Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A77 Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

13. Entity

These Terms are between you and A77 Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Ontario, Canada. Bob is a product of A77 Inc. References to "Bob" in these Terms refer to the platform operated by A77 Inc.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent platform notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
