At launch, Bob uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. These are provided by Supabase, our authentication infrastructure.

2. No Third-Party Tracking

We do not use any third-party tracking cookies. There is no Google Analytics, Hotjar, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking technology on the platform. Your browsing behavior is not tracked or shared with advertisers.

3. Future Analytics

If we add analytics tools in the future, the following safeguards will apply:

• Explicit, opt-in consent will be required before any analytics cookies are set
• Users in the EU/EEA will never have analytics cookies loaded without prior consent
• You will be able to withdraw consent at any time
• Analytics data will be anonymized and aggregated

4. Managing Cookies

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential authentication cookies will prevent you from logging into the platform. Since we use only essential cookies, there are no optional cookies to disable at this time.

5. Local Storage

In addition to cookies, we use browser localStorage to store your cookie consent preference and theme preference (light/dark mode). This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

6. Changes to This Policy

We will update this Cookie Policy if our cookie practices change. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
